1) Starting off the day right

Eating a healthy breakfast in the morning will help you avoid unwanted weight gain, and fuel you for the rest of the day. 

2) Beauty sleep

With a proper amount of sleep, you’ll be energized enough to make the most out of your next workout. 

3) Scheduling

Scheduling workouts in advance is helpful if you want to work out more often. If you aren’t a frequent gym-goer, there's a very small chance you’ll wake up one day and be in the mood to go to the gym. So if you schedule your workouts in advance, you’re more likely to actually get there. 

4) On the rocks

Drinking your calories is one of the worst things you can do for your body. Mixed drinks come with lots of artificial sugar and empty calories, which is why if you;re going to drink, you should cut the extras out. 

5) Listen to your body

Your body knows best. None of these tips can tell you when you’re hungry, dehydrated, sore, or tired. They also can’t tell you when you feel well rested, happy, or energetic! Notice the way you feel and act accordingly!
