This one couldn’t be more wrong. No matter who you are, sweating is bound to come with working out!

3 - A zillion crunches every morning will get you abs

So many exercises target core muscles. Doing one over and over again definitely won’t lead you to the kids of abs you want. Doing multiple exercises that target different regions of your core is a much better idea. 

4 - You have to stretch before you workout

5 - Drastically cutting calories is the best way to lose weight

In the short term your weight may drop, but if you are starving yourself your body may start storing fat, and you’ll gain the weight back later. Eating healthy, clean foods and losing weight slowly over time is the way to get the weight off, and keep it off.
